Our extra virgin olive oils are 100% Italian, produced with early-harvested olives from a single estate in the Puglia region. Decades ago, our grandparents Nunzio & Giovanna created the Costabile brand, dedicating themselves to quality and supporting local farmers to adopt high standards so that people worldwide could taste the finest products of our land.

After more than 50 years of operation, a devastating earthquake forced them to shut down. We have revived their mission with Costabile, as our goal is to make eating real, natural food easy, no matter your dietary preferences.

Our organic extra virgin olive oils are made from a blend of traditional Italian olive varieties: Leccino, Coratina, Frantoio, and Ogliarola. Harvested early when ripeness is optimal, the olives are located just a few miles away from the beautiful Ionic Sea coast of Puglia, where century-old trees remain intact due to the purity of the air and water.

Through gentle harvesting techniques and modern milling processes, we ensure our olive oils maintain their exceptional quality and flavor. Our organic EVOO is cold-extracted and filtered to remove any sediments or leftover water, preserving its organoleptic properties and high polyphenol content (620 mg/Kg, compared to the average of 300 mg/Kg in extra virgin olive oils).
